I had the pleasure to participate in the training on Six Thinking Hats by Edward de Bono. lt was a unique and one-of-a-kind experience, both because of its pace and because of the trainer who led it, Anna Engel.

The transferred knowledge allows for a broader look at communication in the organization. Six Thinking Hats, as a certain method, gives the opportunity to look at matters to be solved or considered from different perspectives and supports the process of generating alternative solutions for the company. The presented tool is constructed in such a way that it can be introduced immediately into everyday work. Recommendable to anyone looking for a way to make meetings more productive, effective and focused on the goal, and to lead to concrete results. The professionalism of the trainer Anna Engel guarantees not only a fascinating training, but also ensures the effectiveness of the activities carried out after it and affects the quality of company management. The trainer has great knowledge, is also competent, committed and has a lot of charisma. The training was conducted extremely professionally and with a visible passion for the subject.
